Olive Scratching & Crushing Machine

In this machine, a scratch is made on the axis of the olives by means of beds and knives. After the olives are picked, they are dropped on custom-made rollers. With this process, olives are broken in a standard way, like hand-cracking. This machine is completely made of Iron. If needed we can manufacture this model with AISI 304 stainless steel. Recomended to work with a loading elevator. The olives must be calibrated in advance.
